No. This is for any combat athlete who trains seriously and doesn’t want to ruin their shape and conditioning over Christmas. If you do have a fight booked, I’ll factor that in.

That’s normal. On the form you tell me how your training will change, and I’ll build around it. You’ll also get simple “minimum movement” targets so you don’t go dead when classes stop.
