  • No. If you train Muay Thai, MMA, boxing or BJJ and want better performance, recovery, or body comp, the plan still works.

  • Custom. Your calories, macros, day types, and meals are built around your body, goal, and weekly training schedule.

  • That’s normal. Tell me what changes and we adjust your targets so the plan still fits real life.

  • Yes. If you’ve got a fight date, we factor that into the plan and set up camp nutrition properly so you’re not winging it.

  • Most people feel better in training within 7–14 days (energy, recovery, less cravings). Body comp changes follow once consistency is locked in.
